VTR-A Series Double Column Machining Centers

The VTR-A Series builds on Okuma's high rigidity, high accuracy double-column machining centers that have earned the respect and trust of users. With low vibration and high accuracy rotation is used for the An integral motor/spindle milling tool spindle. The turning spindle table uses big bore cylindrical roller bearings and thrust bearings, and the milling tool spindle has a highly rigid ram construction. VTR-A Series machines are the best machines for production facilities that demand high efficiency and environmental applications, such as those manufacturing for the transportation and energy industries. The VTR-S Series has four models with table diameters of 1250, 1600, 2300, and 3000. These machines also provide powerful machining capacity, with turning capacity of 10 mm² (ram projection 600 mm) and milling capacity of 317 cm³/min (ram projection 550 mm) when using S45C material.
