ARMROID is an articulated robot built in the machine tool machining chamber and designed with stress-free teaching (as if operating a normal machine tool) for innovative production at job shops looking to automate small-/medium-sized parts applications.

Robotic operation inside the machining chamber has been achieved—not possible with conventional robots until now. This is a robotic system that provides high levels of in-machine and in-process support.

Switching from a standalone to automated cell operation is also easy, enabling efficient production control of operator/robot work sharing. Moreover, delivering and installing the package is simple since specialized training and system integrators are unnecessary to get started right away.
